I was very impressed with Dr. Dawood and his staff as they were very professional yet personable. I went in with a specific issue which they addressed at a reasonable cost and they did not attempt to upsell me. When the time comes to have other procedures done this will definitely be my choice and already I’ve had two people ask for their number and I’ve only been home an hour. I guess honest dermatologists who know what they’re doing is hard to come by. This one’s a keeper. UPDATE: The review I posted was of my first visit. I do have one negative thing to say about this office and that is that they need to figure out their bookings. The first visit I waited almost 1.5 hrs before I saw the doc. Things happen so I let it go. The follow-up visit I left after waiting in a room for 40 minutes only to learn the doc didn’t even get in until 30 minutes after my appointment time. For me, this is unacceptable and rude as it gives the impression that that person believes I am less important then they are. Since the staff didn’t apologize or provide an explanation for the delays I can only presume this is his normal MO. My opinion of this office hasn’t changed but for me this is a deal breaker. If you are okay with it then I think you’ll be happy with his work.
